We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of togesogigedik.mobi may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

togesogigedik.mobi reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, with notice provided to you via email or through the services. Continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge in question. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
